Cancellation policy for the delivery of goods
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons within fourteen days. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date when you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods. In order to exercise your cancellation right, you are required to inform us (Vitascreen by Medicross Group GmbH, Heuriedweg 20, 88131 Lindau, Germany, info@vitascreen.de, phone: +49 (0) 8382 27924 50) in writing about your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (letter, fax, email). You may, but do not have to, use the sample cancellation form provided below.To comply with the cancellation period, you need to send the notification that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
Effects of the cancellation
Should you cancel this contract, we shall refund any payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from you having chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than within fourteen days of the date on which we have received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we shall use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless it has been expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event shall you be charged for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whatever occurs earlier. You shall send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and, in any event, within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract.
The cancellation period is met if you send back the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You shall only have to bear any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling of the goods which is not necessary for the examination of the condition, features, and functionality of the goods.
The cancellation right does not apply to the following contracts:
– Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which it is decisive that the consumer makes individual choices or selections, or which are unambiguously tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
