How Vitascreen works
The analysis of the hair or nail sample is performed in a laboratory by conducting a comparison which differs from laboratory diagnostics. Our device used is a multifaceted, computerized system, using state-of-the-art technology to analyze the samples. Simply by analyzing hair or nail samples, this system makes it possible to perform intolerance tests as well as various micronutrient analyses and to identify deficiencies.
1. Order in our online shop
In addition to extensive intolerance tests, we also offer various micronutrient analyses in our online shop. Available are the BASIC and the PRO set for one person as well as sets for several people. Furthermore, it is possible to perform an analysis of the fur of pets. For every customer, we have the right product to solve individual physical complaints! 2. Fill out the online questionnaire & submission form
In todays’ world, it is crucial to protect the environment and use resources responsibly. We have therefore decided not to send test kits, which is detrimental to the environment, but to adopt an environmentally friendly and uncomplicated approach. All you need to do is take the time at home to print and fill out the submission form you’ll receive by email, and to fill out the online questionnaire on our website. On your order confirmation, you’ll find the identification number (order number). To enter the information of an additional person in the online questionnaire for the same order, add -2 to the identification number for an additional person, -3 for the third person and so on. Please enter the mandatory data carefully to ensure that the subsequent processes run smoothly.
3. Take the hair/nail sample
You only need to cut off a small amount of your hair or nails. For hair (20-30 hairs), the amount that fits between your thumb and index finger is enough. To ensure that samples do not get contaminated or mixed up, do not put your hair or nail sample directly into the envelope. You should protect your sample by putting it in a small bag first.
4. Ship your sample by postal mail, fast and easy
The sample along with the completed submission form should be mailed in an envelope for letters. It is important to write your identification number on the envelope. Please mail the stamped envelope to the following address:

5. A detailed analysis is conducted quickly
The individual analysis of the hair or nail sample is carried out in a German laboratory which is DIN EN ISO 13458 certified. Our special device analyses your samples with the help of a computerized system. This new technology is able to detect intolerances as well as micronutrient deficiencies.
6. Receive your comprehensible result by email
You will receive the result of the hair/nail analysis by email within no more than 14 days after receipt of the samples. During this period, please check your spam/junk folder from time to time. If you have not received the result after two weeks, you may contact us at any time. We are happy to help you!
